Is responsible for personal actions, Learning and compliance with
Unit Regulations, Policies and Strategies. Attending a training session
with a member of the Unit every chance available. Customizing the Fusilier
Standard Mech Line for Training and Combat availablity.
Is responsible for personal actions, Compliance with
Unit Regulations, Policies and Strategies. Reports to LanceLeader
Should recommend potential recruits.
Directly supervises 1 Lance Mate. Responsible for coordinating
tactics and strategy on the battlefield, in absence of a higher ranking officer. Should
initiate training and team combat as much as possible. Reports to SquadLeader
Should recommend potential recruits.
Supervises 2 Lances for a total of 4 personnel. Responsible for
each individual's training and development. Is expected to be familiar with Unit
structure, command, and policy. Serves as a liason officer between his men and
the Unit's CO/XO. Is required to provide bi-monthly activity reports to the
Unit CO/XO. Part of the Fusilier Command Group for the purpose of planning
and Unit level policy making. Reports to CO/XO, Should Recommend potential recruits.
Will assist CO with all clerical/administrative duties,
Will serve as Commander in absence of the CO. Highly recommended
to attend Inter-Unit Meetings with COMSTAR and other IS Houses.
Responsibile for insuring compliance of regulations and Policies
Must provide per turn activity reports to CO. An active recruiter.
Commands the Mercenary Unit "Barrett's Fusiliers"
Is responsibile for Inter-Unit Relations, Planning and Policy Making,
Responsibile for Initiating regulations involving training and Unit
development. Solely responsible for intervetion with the
3058 Max Tech Administration.

Higher rank.
